Beide Dokumente wurden an der Vereinsversammlung vom 17. Februar 2026 genehmigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Corporate Governance Policy legt die Grunds\u00e4tze der institutionellen Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit, der Transparenz und der verantwortungsvollen Interessenvertretung fest. Sie best\u00e4tigt, dass die SFA keine finanziellen Zuwendungen an politische Parteien oder gew\u00e4hlte Vertreter leistet und eine klare Trennung zwischen Verbandsaktivit\u00e4ten und Fachformaten aufrechterh\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Think-Tank-Charta definiert den Auftrag, die F\u00fchrungsstruktur und die Arbeitsmethoden des SFA-Think-Tanks. Sein Ziel ist es, einen objektiven, evidenzbasierten und zukunftsorientierten Dialog \u00fcber regulatorische und wirtschaftspolitische Entwicklungen zu f\u00f6rdern, die den Schweizer Finanzplatz betreffen.
